Alan is a wizard at fixing broken blinds. I am in a rental apartment and my cord ripped. Alan is an old school wizard who replaced the ripped cord quickly and at a reasonable cost. I couldn't be happier. I didn't want to spend many hundreds to replace 3 matching blinds. A bonus is that Alan is a nice man and I enjoyed watching the project be completed.
